Jeff Bandman is a FinTech and RegTech expert with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Jeff is currently the Founder and Principal of Bandman Advisors, a consulting and advisory practice focused on innovation and regulation in financial services. In 2021, they became a Member of the Consultative Working Group for ESMA's Financial Innovation Standing Committee. Jeff is also an Industry Fellow and Instructor at the Institute For the Future, an Expert on the Expert Panel of the EU Blockchain Observatory and Forum, and a Regulatory Strategy Consultant at Kalshi. In 2019, they founded BlockAgent Inc., an independent SEC-registered transfer agent focused on blockchain-based digital securities. Jeff is also Co-Founder, Member of Advisory Council and Lead for Regulatory Engagement at Global Digital Finance, a Lecturer in Global Affairs at Yale University, and a FinTech Advisor at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission. From 2006-2014, they were Managing Principal at Indian Wells Group, a consulting and advisory practice focused on building financial market structure businesses and other technology-driven companies.

Jeff Bandman attended Phillips Exeter Academy, then Yale University where they received a BA in History and English, and finally Stanford Law School where they received a Doctor of Law - JD.
