Tahir Masood

Tahir Masood has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Tahir started their career as a Business Analyst at Target Systems, where they were responsible for requirement management and designing software applications. Tahir then moved to Medix - Fauji Foundation Head Office as a Sr. System Architect.

After that, Tahir joined Kalsoft as the Service Delivery Team Lead, Vice President of the Project Management Office, and later as the General Manager of Sales & Business Development. In these roles, they were responsible for building business relationships and partnerships, as well as managing sales in the Pakistan and Africa region.

Tahir later joined Microsoft as a Sr. Cloud Lead & Technical Evangelist, where they worked for over 5 years. In this role, they led strategic initiatives to enable technology audiences on Microsoft technologies, with a focus on cloud, DevOps, IoT, AI, and ML. Tahir also engaged with customers and partners to provide consulting and assistance in migrating and upgrading their solutions.

In 2015, Tahir made a switch to Intel Corporation as an Enterprise Business Lead, where they worked closely with OEMs and ODMs to align their product offerings with Intel's roadmaps. Tahir provided strategic solution advice to customers and helped OEMs with the right solution fit.

Currently, Tahir is the Head of Information Technology at Transworld Associates, where they oversee IT operations and strategies for the company.

Throughout their career, Tahir has demonstrated their ability to adapt to different industries and roles, and they have gained extensive experience in sales, business development, project management, and technical leadership.

Tahir Masood attended the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Sciences and Software Engineering. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1997, they attended PAF Degree Collage Faisal for Pre Engineering studies. Tahir also holds certifications in Project Management (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, obtained in 2007, and is a Microsoft Cloud Architect certified by Microsoft.
