Aaron Dorondo has extensive experience in sales and leadership roles. Aaron is currently working as the Head of Commercial Sales, Enterprise North America at Kaltura since November 2021. Prior to that, they were the Head of Sales at Follow Up Boss from October 2018 to October 2021, where they successfully built a B2B sales organization and achieved significant revenue growth. From September 2016 to September 2018, Aaron worked as the Manager of Partner Sales at Duda, where they launched a satellite sales team and drove growth in the Mid-Market and SMB segments. Before that, they held strategic account management and senior account executive roles at Google, where they developed and executed programs to onboard and promote product adoption among SMB customers, and successfully sold Cloud SaaS software to SMB and Mid-Market businesses.

Aaron Dorondo holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh. In addition, they have also obtained a Managing for Impact Certification from Winning by Design in October 2022.
