Sharon Markovich I'M

Sharon Markovich started their work experience as an HR Recruiter at Dialog Consulting for Human Resources in 2015, where they specialized in recruiting for various positions in High-Tech companies. Sharon managed the recruitment process, including filtering CVs, interviewing candidates, maintaining relationships with companies, and advertising positions.

In 2017, Sharon joined Ethosia as an HR Recruiter and continued to fulfill similar responsibilities until January 2020.

In 2020, they took on the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist at Motorola Solutions, where they managed the full recruitment process for multiple roles and worked closely with hiring managers to determine candidate profiles and sourcing strategies. Sharon was responsible for conducting face-to-face interviews and overseeing assessment processes.

Currently, Sharon is working at Kaltura. Sharon initially joined as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in January 2021 and later transitioned to the role of Talent Acquisition Lead in October 2022. Kaltura is a video experience cloud company that serves enterprises, media companies, service providers, and educational institutions. Their products engage millions of viewers worldwide.

Sharon Markovich completed their Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences at Peres Academic Center from 2012 to 2015. Sharon then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from the same institution between 2018 and 2020.
