Tiran Tov

Tiran Tov has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They most recently worked as the Director of Global Compensation & Benefits at Kaltura starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Compensation and Benefits Partner at Wix.com from November 2020 to September 2022.

In 2018, Tiran worked at Stratasys, where they held two roles. Firstly, as the Compensation and Benefits EMEA-Asia & Global Commission Specialist from February 2019 to November 2020. In this position, they managed Israel's compensation and benefits, conducted performance evaluations, and monitored local benefits trends. Additionally, they also served as the Global Commission Analyst from October 2018 to February 2019, where they managed software upgrades, participated in goal planning, and distributed the annual goal letters.

In 2018, Tiran briefly worked at monday.com in Online Marketing. Prior to that, they gained valuable experience at The Coca-Cola Company. They held several positions, starting as a Sales Analyst in June 2015, where they controlled budgets, built dashboards and reports, and analyzed market trends. They then became a Forecast & Commission Analyst from October 2015 to April 2017, responsible for data analysis, managing sales targets, and assessing annual sales. Lastly, they served as a Senior Analyst from May 2017 to May 2018, managing a team of analysts and overseeing cross-organization projects.

Before their career in the corporate world, Tiran worked as a Senior Security Instructor at the Israel Airport Authority from May 2008 to May 2015.

Tiran Tov completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance at Bar-Ilan University from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, Tiran Tov earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from The College of Management Academic Studies, where they studied from 2009 to 2012.
