Kaija Barnes

Kaija Barnes has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and management. Kaija currently holds the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at Kaluza, an intelligent energy platform company, where they are responsible for recruiting problem solvers to make a difference in the world. Prior to this, they worked at OVO as Co-Head of Talent and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, overseeing talent operations for the OVO Group. Kaija also served as Head of Talent Acquisition at MOO, a design, print, and technology company, managing global recruitment teams and focusing on hiring strategy and diversity and inclusion. Additionally, they worked at Goodman Masson as a Divisional Director, building and managing teams for recruitment in various sectors, and at Madison Recruitment in New Zealand as a Consultant, where they were recognized for client retention and awarded as New Zealand's Favorite Large Generalist Recruitment Company.

Kaija Barnes attended Newcastle University from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they studied at Bury Grammar School.
