Laura Peakall

Laura Peakall has extensive experience in various people and operations roles. Laura currently works at Kaluza as the Head of People and Workplace Operations, where they lead a team and focuses on creating seamless people experiences and operational excellence. In this role, they have successfully led projects such as setting up new entities and office spaces, overhauling people tooling, and launching a new benefits system. Prior to Kaluza, Laura worked as a People Ops Partner and a People Partner at OVO Energy, where they supported various teams and initiatives across multiple locations. Laura also has experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, having worked at Adthena, Sky, and Coal Intelligent Technology. Additionally, Laura has hosted a podcast called "Potential in People" and has been a Fire Marshal.

Laura Peakall obtained a Fire Marshal qualification from St John Ambulance during the years 2023 to 2026. Prior to this, they completed Mental Health First Aid training offered by Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England from 2021 to 2024. From 2020 to 2022, Laura pursued studies at thePower. In 2010 to 2011, they attended the University of Southampton where they earned a Certificate of Higher Education in Law. Finally, Laura completed their A-Levels in English, Law, Maths, and Sociology at The Sixth Form College, Farnborough from 2008 to 2010.
