Kaluzhskiy Dvigatel' OAO (KADVI OAO or Kaluzhskiy Dvigatel' OJSC) is a Russia-based company involved in the production of engines for small scale equipment. The manufacture includes gas-turbine engines, rotary tillers of different types, cutter soils and motor DM-1M1 which is a base of gasoline generating sets, petrol pumps, among others. The Company provides also repairing and maintenance services, equipment operation trainings, provision of spare parts. KADVI OAO has one wholly owned subsidiary Agrofirma KADVI OOO. As of June 30, 2014, the Company's major shareholder was Shlem ZAO.
