Xinming Hao

Xinming Hao has extensive work experience in the field of biostatistics. Starting in 2008 at Eli Lilly as a Stat Analyst, they then worked at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals as a Biostatistician from 2010 to 2014. Xinming later joined Shire as a Manager of Biostatistics from 2014 to 2016. Xinming then transitioned to Takeda, where they held the roles of Associate Director of Biostatistics from 2016 to 2021, and Director of Biostatistics from 2021 onwards. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Director of Biostatistics at KalVista Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from 2022.

Xinming Hao pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics at Fudan University from 1996 to 2000. After completing their undergraduate studies, they continued their education at the University of Connecticut. From 2005 to 2007, they earned a Master's degree in Statistics. Later, they enrolled in the University of Connecticut once again to pursue a PhD in Genetics, which they completed between 2001 and 2008.
