Robert Spahn

Robert Spahn is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Kaman Corporation since May 2023. Prior roles include Executive Director and Human Resources Director at Kaman Aerospace Corporation from March 2019 to May 2023, as well as Executive Human Resources Leader at Baker Hughes from July 2017 to February 2019. Robert held various HR management positions at GE Oil & Gas and Anheuser-Busch between 2004 and 2017, including Regional Human Resources Manager and Sr. Manager, Human Resources. Earlier in their career, Robert worked as a Manager of Human Resources at NBC Universal from March 1999 to December 2003. Robert earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University of Central Florida in 2001.
