Approaching two decades of Client Service experience, Alton has developed support teams from the ground up internationally for numerous SaaS companies. Having trained nearly 100 support professionals around the world, he believes the role of a support professional not only helps Clients achieve their goals, but to also make them smile. This belief was established early on in his humble beginnings as a sandwich artist, and can be seen through his daily interactions and humor.

Alton is also an independent film producer, writer, and service professional in Silicon Valley. He likes dogs.
