My favorite part of working in customer support is being an advocate for customer and taking their issue on as my own. I believe the most important part of customer support is educating the customer and having the best resources for a user friendly experience.

I love to spend time with my family and travel, and in my free time I plan amazing events from small dinners to large weddings.
