Maria Naveira Sund

Maria Naveira Sund has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Maria started their career as a Programmer at Virtualsys in 2002 before moving on to Accenture as an Analyst Programmer. At Accenture, they specialized in .NET programming and worked on projects involving SQL Server and Caché. In 2008, they joined Fortum Power as a System Engineer and IT Project Portfolio Manager, where they managed IT systems and projects related to the energy sector. Maria then transitioned to PostNord, where they held several roles including Service and Object Manager, Head of Delivery Performance and Service Integration, Head of Rapid Development, and Head of Time To Market. Their responsibilities at PostNord involved overseeing web development, intranet solutions, and customer-focused digital services. Since 2018, they have been working at Kambi as the Senior Vice President of Engineering, responsible for a large engineering organization and implementing company strategy.

Maria Naveira Sund obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Mälardalen University from the years 1996 to 2000. Maria then went on to Uppsala University from 2000 to 2001, where they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science. In terms of additional certifications, they are a Certified Scrum Product Owner and a Certified Scrum Master, both obtained from the Scrum Alliance in unspecified years. Maria also holds the IPMA Level C certification as a Project Manager, obtained from The Swedish Project Management Association in April 2012.
