Paulo Valdiviezo

Paulo Valdiviezo has over 10 years of work experience in various industries. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Commercial Analyst at Boart Longyear. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Mechanical Project Engineer at BUENAVENTURA INGENIEROS S.A. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Consultant, Project Risk Advisory at Deloitte Australia. In 2022, they became the Director of Flip Inversiones, leading the product development of the company, and also became a part-time professor at Escuela de Posgrado Universidad Pacífico, where they shared their experience and knowledge in courses such as Design Thinking, User Experience, Fintech Project evaluation and related topics. In 2016, they also became Co-CEO of Kambista.

Paulo Valdiviezo obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú between 2008 and 2013. Paulo then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Project Management at UNSW from 2014 to 2015. During that time, they also had a study abroad experience in Seoul, South Korea at Dankook University in 2011. In 2016, they obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute and a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org.
