Victoria Kachalova has extensive work experience in the field of digital marketing and consulting. Viсtoria is currently working at Kameleoon as the Head of Consulting, where they lead a team responsible for brand digital audit, UX audit, AB testing/personalization, IT project management, and business analysis. Prior to this role, they were a Customer Success Manager - Team Lead at Kameleoon, where they supported the onboarding, coordination, and support of the CSM department, developed strategies for key clients, and assisted the business development department with pre-sales activities. Before joining Kameleoon, Victoria worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager at the same company, where they were responsible for digital audits, UX/UI development, IT project management, and AI projects. Viсtoria also has experience working as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager at Huawei, Marketing Communication Manager at Mercury, and Digital Marketing Manager at Credit Europe Bank Russia. Additionally, Victoria has worked at Swatch Ltd. as a startup focusing on visual content production and at Swatch Group as a Junior Marketing Manager TM Swatch, where they provided support for Swatch and Flik Flak brands in ATL/BTL marketing, developed annual digital strategies, and managed website development and SEO optimization.
Victoria Kachalova began their education in 2006 at NSUEM (Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management), where they pursued a Specialist degree in Public Relations. Viсtoria completed their studies in 2011. Following this, in 2021, they attended the Higher School of Economics to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic Management and Business Analytics (CIO). Their studies in this program concluded in 2022. Currently, Victoria is enrolled at the New Economic School, pursuing a Master's degree in Finance. The duration of their studies at the New Economic School is yet to be determined.
