Tam Hoang Minh

Tam Hoang Minh is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR strategy development and implementation. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at KAMEREO since May 2022, Tam is responsible for end-to-end HR strategies, strategic planning, and supporting company growth. Previously, as Head of HR Efficiency cum C&B at Easy Credit Vietnam, contributions included developing the Total Reward and C&B Function and assisting the CHRO in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Tam's earlier roles include HR Manager at TMMC Healthcare, focusing on policy improvement and staff development, and C&B Supervisor at Home Credit Vietnam, managing compensation and benefits processes in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
