Johan Karlsson

Johan Karlsson currently serves as CEO and Head of Business Area Installation & Lighting at KAMIC Group, overseeing a corporate group with approximately 80 companies across 18 countries and a workforce of around 2700 employees since December 2021. Previously, Johan was Managing Director at Svensk Byggnadsgeodesi AB and Leica Geosystems AB, both part of Hexagon, where responsibilities included developing software solutions for surveyors and supplying sensors and services for various industries. Prior roles at Scania included Sales Director, Regional Director for Belgium Sud and Luxembourg, Market Support Director, and Marketing Manager, contributing to Scania's extensive service offerings in transport solutions. Johan's educational background includes a Master of Science in European Accounting and Finance from the University of Gothenburg and completion of an international executive program at the Stockholm School of Economics.
