Wesley Seay

Wesley Seay has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology and innovation sector. Wesley is currently serving as the Director of Technology & Innovation at KaMin, starting in October 2022. Prior to their current role, they worked at BASF from 2006 to 2022, holding various managerial positions such as Technology Manager, Strategy Execution Manager, Productivity Manager, and Minerals Manager. Before joining BASF, they worked at Engelhard Corporation as a Production Engineer and Process Engineer from 2003 to 2006. Wesley Seay completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Materials Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology between 1994 and 1998.
