Michael Daray

Michael Daray currently serves as General Counsel at Kamps Pallets since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Deputy General Counsel at LifeBridge Health from December 2019 to May 2023, Assistant General Counsel at Munson Healthcare from November 2017 to December 2019, and General Counsel and Corporate Compliance Officer at Agility Health (now Alliance Physical Therapy) from June 2015 to November 2017. Michael was a shareholder at Law Weathers, which later merged with Varnum, from August 2006 to May 2015 and a partner at Dingeman Dancer & Christopherson from 1998 to 2006. Additionally, Michael served as a law clerk to U.S. Magistrate Judge Marc L. Goldman from 1996 to 1997. Michael earned a JD, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School and holds a BA in History from the University of Michigan.
