Lola Han

Lola Han is the CEO and founder of Kamsa. Lola has also held positions as the Head of Global Total Rewards at Zendesk, the Senior Director of Global Total Rewards at Lookout, and the Senior Director of Global HR Operations at Ellucian. In addition, they have served as a VP of Communications/Board Member at NOVA SHRM and an HR Consultant at PRM Consulting.

Lola has extensive experience in human resources, including leading and enhancing compensation, employee benefits, and global mobility functions. Lola is also skilled in designing and enhancing variable compensation plans, rolling out total rewards and recognition programs, and making HR less boring and more interesting.

Under their leadership, Kamsa has quickly become a leading provider of HR software and services. The company's innovative products are used by some of the world's largest organizations to improve employee retention and engagement.

Lola Han has a B.A. in Psychology with a concentration in Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland. Lola also has an MBA from the George Washington University School of Business. Lastly, they have an M.S. in Management with a concentration in HR Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
