Assaf Vardimon

Assaf Vardimon has extensive work experience in financial management and auditing. Assaf is currently serving as the CFO of Kanabo Group Plc since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the CFO and Partner at Brooks-Keret Financial Management from 2017 to 2022. In this role, they managed the financial operations of 50 high-tech companies, led a team of 25 professionals, and played a key role in driving growth and managing complex mergers and acquisitions. Before that, Assaf served as the CFO of Kimberly Enterprises N.V. from 2007 to 2017. Assaf oversaw the finance department, implemented the SOX system, and ensured compliance with regulations while reporting to authorities and the London Stock Exchange. Assaf started their career at KPMG as a Senior Auditor, where they handled auditing and financial reporting for public and private companies. Assaf provided solutions to various accounting and tax-related problems.

Assaf Vardimon completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Finance at The College of Management Academic Studies from 2000 to 2004. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance, General at the same institution, completing it from 2005 to 2006.
