Joe Crawford

Joe Crawford has a diverse work history in law enforcement. Joe started their career in 1987 as a police officer in the St. Albans Police Department and eventually rose to the position of Chief of Police before retiring in 2011. After their retirement, they worked as an investigator at the WV Attorney General's Office for a year. Joe then served as the Chief of Police at the Eleanor Police Department from 2012 to 2014. After that, they worked as the Chief of Police and Airport Security Director at the Yeager Airport Police Department from 2015 to 2017. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Chief Deputy at the Kanawha County Sheriff's Office starting in December 2021.
