Altuğ Bilgin Altıntaş

Altuğ Bilgin Altıntaş serves as an Enterprise Architect at ING Türkiye, where responsibilities include aligning IT strategies with global goals, evaluating investment proposals, and enhancing software maturity levels. As a co-founder of OpenTR, Altuğ promotes open-source contributions in Türkiye. Additional roles encompass mentoring at İTÜ Çekirdek, co-organizing the Java Day Istanbul conference, leading the JUG İstanbul community, and providing Lean-Kanban consultancy as Türkiye's first accredited trainer. Previous experience includes founding kodcu.com, serving as a Senior Consultant at Toyota Motor Europe, and participating in software development initiatives at Deloitte Turkey. Altuğ holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Kocaeli University and has attended Stanford University's Venture Lab.
