Carlos Felippe Cardoso

Carlos Felippe Cardoso is an accomplished consultant and co-founder of multiple organizations, including K21 and Nower, with extensive experience in Agile methodologies. Since June 2012, Carlos has been a consultant and trainer at K21 Educação, while also co-founding wBrain Agile People and AsteriscoLab. As an Accredited Kanban Trainer at Kanban University and a Certified Scrum Developer Trainer with Scrum Alliance, Carlos is well-regarded in the field. Previous roles include Agile Coach, IT Manager, and professor at UFRJ, where Carlos taught Agile methods and contributed to the development of digital solutions for university processes. Carlos started the career as a software developer and technical leader in various projects from 2005 to 2010 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
