Mark Grove

Mark Grove is an accomplished Managing Consultant and Agile Coach at Excella, with extensive experience coaching teams in agile practices to enhance performance and customer value. Notable clients have included the IRS and Freddie Mac. Mark has actively participated in multiple speaking engagements from 2016 to present, sharing insights on topics such as cumulative flow diagrams and backlog refinement. In addition to coaching, Mark is an accredited Kanban Trainer and has published blogs for Kanban University. Prior roles include Senior Agile Coach at Santeon, Scrum Master at SRA International, and various analytical positions at organizations such as PBS and the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Mark holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Penn State University.
