Wojciech Walczak

Wojciech Walczak is an experienced director and consultant specializing in Agile, Lean, and Systems Thinking, currently leading Meirik since December 2015. Wojciech serves as a Professional Scrum Trainer with Scrum.org and an Accredited Kanban Trainer with Kanban University. Previous roles include Agile Consultant at IBM, Director at Agilopolis Ltd, and Scrum Master for various teams, including a contract position at Aviva and cross-functional teams at Ordnance Survey. Wojciech's extensive background in Agile coaching and project management spans several organizations, including Nokia Siemens Networks, where significant Agile transitions were led. Wojciech holds a PhD in Project Management and degrees in Computer Science and Software Engineering from Wrocław University of Science and Technology and Blekinge Institute of Technology.
