Ralph Oyaga, Esq., MBA has a diverse work experience spanning across various sectors including healthcare, academia, and non-profit organizations. In their current role as VP of Legal Affairs and Corporate Compliance Officer at Kandu Health, they are responsible for providing legal advice and ensuring compliance with regulations. Prior to this, they served as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Southern California. Ralph has also served as Corporate Compliance Officer at Heritage Provider Network and held the position of VP, Assistant General Counsel at AltaMed Health Services. Ralph has extensive experience in legal and compliance matters related to healthcare and was responsible for overseeing legal affairs at Gold Coast Health Plan and L.A. Care Health Plan. Ralph also served as Corporate Compliance Officer / Corporate Director of Contracts at Pacific Clinics, where they led the compliance program effectiveness covering over 40 clinics across five counties and prepared legal agreements with contracted physicians.

Ralph Oyaga earned their JD degree in Law from the University of West Los Angeles between 2001 and 2005. In 2008 and 2009, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
