Betsy Reade Creech

Betsy Reade Creech is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Talent at Kane Realty Corp since April 2016, where responsibilities include developing talent acquisition solutions, managing the recruiting process, and ensuring effective onboarding. Prior to this role, Betsy held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Overture Networks from November 2007 until its acquisition by ADVA Optical Networking in January 2016, focusing on organizational strategy and talent acquisition. Betsy has also served as a Senior Lead Consultant in various organizations, including Kilpatrick & Associates and the North Carolina League of Municipalities. Additional previous roles in human resources leadership include positions at Bloodhound Software, Foveon/Plurimus, Alcatel Network Systems, and Data General. Betsy holds a BS in Industrial Relations and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earned between 1978 and 1982.
