Douglas Bracken

Douglas Bracken is a Board Certified Labor and Employment Law attorney with extensive experience in counseling and defending companies on employment issues. Currently serving as Senior Director and Co-Chair of the Labor & Employment Practice Group at Kane Russell Coleman Logan PC since July 2019, Douglas specializes in matters related to state and federal law, including discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour claims, and noncompete agreements. Prior to this role, Douglas was a Partner at Scheef & Stone, LLP, where similar advisory services were provided to companies and executives. Douglas's legal career also includes positions at Bennett, Weston, LaJone & Turner, PC, Underwood Perkins, PC, Sarles & Ouimet, LLP, Thompson Coe, and St. Claire & Case, PC.
