Jon Carley

Jon Carley, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Kane Russell Coleman Logan PC since May 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Thompson, Coe, Cousins & Irons L.L.P. from 2018 to May 2024, overseeing HR for 425 employees across six offices. Previously, Jon held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at U.S. Risk Insurance Group from 2016 to 2018, managing HR for 275 domestic and 85 international employees. Jon's early career includes a dual role at VRM Mortgage Services, where responsibilities included Director of Training and Development and Director of Human Resources, contributing to significant company growth. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas.
