Helping clients and colleagues through exceptional project management, planning, and strategic process is what drives Jen every day. As one of the amazing Account Managers, she acts as a liaison between clients and Project Managers as well as continues to support as a Project Manager for ongoing updates and upgrades for client websites. Using a killer blend of strategic, creative, and technical expertise, Jen works to enable client websites to evolve and continually improve over time.

Her career started with an interest in graphic design, which quickly led her to specialize in web design. Fueled by a desire to be part of the creative process, Jen further pursued project and account management in the web industry, teaching herself to download, install, and customize WordPress themes. She went on to learn many other CMS platforms, falling in love with Drupal in 2016, right as D7 was being phased out and D8 was being adopted. And, the rest is history!
