- From 1999 to 2000, they worked at ANN INC. as a Store Manager, supervising staff and meeting sales targets.

- From 1994 to 1999, they worked at Fiba Retail, specifically at Marks & Spencer, GAP, and Banana Republic, in various positions including Store Manager and District Trainer. Paula was responsible for managing stores, recruiting and training staff, and achieving sales goals.
