David Ryder

David Ryder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and consulting industries. As the Managing Director and founder of Royal Kansanshi Hotel since 2007, David has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership by building an African-style lodge from the ground up in North Western Zambia, which opened in 2010. Prior to this venture, David founded Alliance Praxis, where strategic consulting and alliance formation were key focuses, and served as Vice President at CSC Index, where responsibilities included shaping business strategies and managing consulting assignments. David holds an MA in Organisational Consulting from City, University of London, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
