Emily Lavery

Emily Lavery is an experienced professional in human resources and business systems analysis, currently serving as a Business Systems Analyst for HRIS with the Kansas City Chiefs since August 2024. Prior to this role, Emily held numerous positions including Human Resources and Benefits Manager at Nederman, and Life Event Services Project Manager at Bank of America. Emily's career began with various roles in human resources, including Human Resources Manager at Volo, where responsibilities included the development of the HR department. Early experience includes positions at Weitz & Luxenberg PC, BlackRock, and Northwestern Mutual. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art from Saint Joseph's University.
