Mike Kafka

Mike Kafka is an experienced football coach and former NFL quarterback with a diverse background in sports and business. Currently serving as the Quarterbacks Coach and Offensive Quality Control Coach for the Kansas City Chiefs since February 2017, Mike has previously held roles at Northwestern University as an Offensive Graduate Assistant and as the founder and CEO of Roo Outdoor, managing all operations and strategic partnerships. Mike's professional playing career includes stints with multiple NFL teams such as the Philadelphia Eagles, New England Patriots, Jacksonville Jaguars, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Minnesota Vikings. In addition to coaching and playing, Mike has contributed to Entrepreneur Media, sharing insights from both his playing career and business endeavors. Mike holds a Master of Sports Administration from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of Miami.
