Mitchell Reynolds

Mitchell Reynolds is the Director of Team Operations for the Kansas City Chiefs. Mitchell was previously with the Buffalo Bills from May 2010 to April 2011 as a Player Development and Football Operations Intern. In this role, Mitchell aided players in life skills, finance, continuing education, as well as everyday issues. Mitchell also organized logistics for the team including travel, housing, facilities, catering, grounds, security, and guest accommodations. Additionally, they administered set up and breakdown of training camp as well as managed operations interns throughout camp. Mitchell also contributed to player evaluation through film analysis of games and practices. Mitchell updated depth charts around the league, set up and participated in advanced scouting and player work outs.

Mitchell Reynolds has a Master's degree in Sport Administration from Canisius College and a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from the State University of New York College at Cortland.
