David Lacrone

David LaCrone currently serves as the Digital Branch Manager at Kansas City Public Library, where responsibilities include coordinating digital services and projects, such as the library website and various digital initiatives, since August 2012. Prior to this role, LaCrone worked as a Web Content Developer at Johnson County Library, managing digitization projects and designing web presence from September 2007 to July 2012, and held the position of KCResearch Librarian at Kansas City Public Library from June 2006 to September 2007. Additional experience includes serving as a University Library Associate at the University of Michigan, an Adjunct Reference Librarian at Grand Valley State University, and a Library Assistant II at the University of Iowa. LaCrone holds a Master of Science in Information with a concentration in Archives & Records Management from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oberlin College.
