Kiri Palm

Kiri Palm serves as the Senior Manager at Kansas City Public Library since March 2023, previously holding the position of Branch Manager at Mid-Continent Public Library from August 2020 to March 2023, where responsibilities included modeling excellent customer service and participating in a collaborative leadership team. Experience as a Book Reviewer for The Bulletin of the Center for Children's Books from June 2019 to December 2021 involved reading children's literature and writing reviews for publication. Kiri also worked as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, providing technical support at the School of Information Sciences Help Desk and serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the Instructional Technology & Design office.
