Andy Huckaba, PCC, is a seasoned professional in executive and leadership coaching, co-founding AdAstra Coach Alliance in 2017, where coaching services are tailored to inspire innovation and accountability. As an instructor at the KU Public Management Center since 2011, Andy develops curricula on essential management skills for public employees. Additionally, participation in the Kansas Leadership Center since 2011 includes coaching individuals and groups on leadership challenges. As President of Huckaba & Associates, established in 1993, Andy focuses on strategy and leadership consulting across various sectors. Prior experience includes serving as City Councilmember for Lenexa, KS, from 2003 to 2019 and leadership roles at Finity Technologies and Hallmark Cards. Andy holds a BM in Music Performance from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
