Lisa Carson, PhD, is a Senior Research Fellow and Principal Research & Policy Advisor at the Australia and New Zealand School of Government, contributing to strategic projects that connect theory to practice. Additionally, Lisa serves as an Internationally Accredited Leadership Coach at the Kansas Leadership Center and holds the position of Honorary Fellow in Public Leadership & Diversity at the University of Melbourne, where Lisa also lectures. Engagements include consulting for the Forum of Federations and participation in the Australian Civil Society Coalition for Women, Peace and Security, focusing on advancing the Women, Peace and Security Agenda. With extensive experience in teaching, Lisa has coordinated and lectured on various subjects across multiple universities and continues to support interdisciplinary research in governance and leadership development. Educational credentials include a PhD in International Relations from the University of Melbourne and several leadership and coaching certifications.
