Patrick Kelly

Patrick Kelly currently serves as a Teacher at the Kansas Leadership Center, providing both in-person and online leadership training since January 2021. In addition, Patrick has been a County Commissioner for District 1 in Douglas County, Kansas, representing the local community since January 2019. Patrick's extensive background in education includes positions such as Chief Academic Officer and Director of Career and Technical Education at USD 497 Lawrence Public Schools, where service has continued since July 2005. Previous roles include Associate Principal, District Administrator, and Director of the Lawrence College & Career Center, as well as serving as Band Director at West Junior High and in Topeka Public Schools. Patrick holds a Master's degree in Education Administration from The University of Kansas and is a graduate of Leadership Lawrence.
