Phyllis Collins is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership development and coaching. As CEO of The Collins Network since June 1995, Collins has focused on enhancing engagement. In addition to this role, Collins has served as a Leadership Coach at the Kansas Leadership Center since January 2014, helping individuals lead effectively through various challenges. As Co-Founder of Ad Astra Coach Alliance since January 2017, Collins collaborates with a team of coaches to support productivity and innovation in organizations. Prior experience includes serving as a Seminar Facilitator at the American Management Association from June 1995 to June 2002, specializing in management development and training. Collins holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Central Missouri.
