Charlotte Self

Charlotte Self has an extensive background in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as the Director of Employee Relations & Engagement at Kansas State University since May 1988. In this role, Charlotte provides consulting, mediation, and facilitation on employee relations issues, actively working to prevent conflicts. Previously, Charlotte held the position of Assistant Director/Human Resource Director, overseeing various human resource functions such as employee relations, compliance with employment laws, and training and development. Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resource Manager/Consultant at Varney's, where Charlotte established the human resource infrastructure. Charlotte is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management & Ethics from Manhattan Christian College.
