Jeanne Riek

Jeanne Riek is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client relationship management and communications. As Vice President of Client Relationship Management at Kantar since February 2015, Jeanne has developed the Client Relationship Manager role for the MONITOR business, leading a team that serves Fortune 100 and 500 clients. Previous roles include Senior Account Manager, where Jeanne built a team overseeing over 30 accounts, and Account Manager, the first in the MONITOR division, managing 50+ accounts. Jeanne's background also includes roles at UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center as Communications Manager, Telesage, Inc. as Assistant Director of Operations, Duke University as an Admissions reviewer, and teaching at the University of North Carolina School of Law. Jeanne holds a J.D. from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a B.A. in Social Science from Michigan State University.
