Nishtha Jain

Nishtha Jain currently serves as a Senior Manager at Kantar, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this, Nishtha worked at Optimal Strategix Group, Inc. as an Associate in advanced analytics from April 2021 to July 2023. Nishtha's experience includes a role as a Data Analyst at Educational Initiatives, where data tracking and analysis were conducted for student performance trends, as well as a Data Science Intern, focusing on equating test forms using Item Response Theory.
