Noreen Whysel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user experience, information architecture, and digital safety. As COO and Co-Founder of Decision Fish LLC since November 2015, Noreen has been instrumental in developing consultation and financial wellness programs aimed at social impact. Concurrently, Noreen serves on the Software Safety Standards Panel and as a Validation Research Consultant for Internet Safety Labs, focusing on digital safety projects and user experience issues related to harmful UI patterns. Other roles include Use Case Developer for the Respectful Technology Panel at Open Voice Network and Director of Development at Disruptive Technologists® Inc. Noreen's academic contributions as an adjunct lecturer at CUNY New York City College of Technology encompass UX/UI design and web development courses. Noreen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Columbia University and a Master of Science in Library & Information Science from Pratt Institute, specializing in User Experience, Digital Humanities, and Cultural Informatics.
