Product Designer at Kantata

Carlos Villalobos has a strong background in user experience (UX) and visual design. Carlos currently works at Kantata as a Product Designer, where they are responsible for optimizing and maintaining existing resource management tools and designing new features and tools. Carlos is also part of Kantata's Research and Development Team.

Carlos successfully lowered the cost per lead by 74% through conversion rate optimization in Facebook Ads and Google AdWords.

Carlos also has experience as a UI designer, working at Motiva Implants and BLP (Legal). At Motiva Implants, they improved the brand's packaging, web design, and online sales campaigns. During their time at BLP, Carlos worked on brand design, marketing campaigns, and internal communications for BLP Abogados, a major corporate law firm in Central America.

Furthermore, Carlos worked as a UI designer and content creator at UNIMER Centroamérica, where they designed and managed the website and social media networks. Carlos was also a UI/UX designer for the online research platform, panelonline.

Carlos Villalobos earned a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Advertising from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, where they attended from 2003 to 2006. Carlos further pursued their education at Universidad LCI Veritas, where they completed a Licentiate degree in Advertising Design from 2007 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Carlos has obtained several certifications.
