John Rooff

John Rooff has extensive experience in various roles within the professional services and technology consulting industry. John started their career at Andersen Consulting as an Analyst and later worked as a Consultant.

John then moved on to 170 Systems, where they served as a Sr. Consultant, Technical Lead, Technical Director, and Solution Architect. John was responsible for technical design, implementation, and project management of complex, custom systems.

After that, John joined Kofax as a Practice Manager, where they handled account management, professional services sales, and contracts for US-based customers. John also led internal initiatives.

Next, John became the Managing Member of their own technology consulting services company, Balcones Consulting, LLC. John provided implementation services for custom systems, including Mavenlink, Salesforce, and MarkView technologies.

John later joined Mavenlink as the Director of Technical Services, overseeing integration and data migration projects. John was also promoted to Director of PS - Technical Services & Business Intelligence, where they led both the Technical Services and Business Intelligence teams. During their tenure, both teams experienced significant growth.

John's most recent role was as the Vice President of Professional Services, Technology Solutions at Kantata. John led three teams and ensured the seamless integration of team members from two different organizations after a merger. John also oversaw a restructuring process and incorporated reporting expertise to increase efficiency.

Throughout their career, John has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions to customers.

John Rooff attended the University of Notre Dame from 1990 to 1994, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace Engineering. After completing their undergraduate studies, from 1994 to 1995, they enrolled at the Georgia Institute of Technology to obtain a Master of Science (MS) degree in Aerospace Engineering.
