Russell Osman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Russell started their career at Vhi as a Customer Service Representative, where they were responsible for routing calls, updating customer details, and addressing complaints. Russell then moved on to tech2home as a Logistics Supervisor, handling the National Broadband Network (NBN) Project. In this role, they managed customer appointments, communicated with technicians and customers, and reported technical problems to the NBN team. After that, Russell joined MetaPack Group as a Customer Support Engineer, resolving support queries and configuring services for customers. Russell eventually became a 2nd Line Customer Support Team Leader at MetaPack, handling escalations and ensuring satisfactory resolutions. Most recently, they worked at Kantata as a Senior Support Engineer, where they distributed support cases, trained new hires, and facilitated one-on-one meetings. Currently, Russell holds the position of International Support Manager at Kantata, where they set objectives for team members and mentors them in their career development.
