Beat Kohler

Beat Kohler is an experienced professional with a diverse background in journalism, energy, and public service. Currently serving as Gemeinderat for the Einwohnergemeinde Meiringen and involved in Flächenakquise Photovoltaik with IWB Industrielle Werke Basel since January 2022, Kohler also holds the position of Chefredaktor for the Fachzeitschrift Erneuerbare Energien at SSES since June 2016. Additionally, Kohler has been a Grossrat for Kanton Bern since September 2019, and has held various editorial roles including Chefredaktor at Journal B and Jungfrau Zeitung. Previous experience includes a position as Produktmanager at Swiss Cyber Gate AG and communications leadership at Gasser Felstechnik AG.
